Very Low Level Hercules in Bristol
Discussion
Well, that was fun.
I just got buzzed by a Hercules, at about 30ft above my head!
It was flying down the Avon Gorge away from Avonmounth (flying inland), so about 200ft above the river, but when you are on the cliff edge, distance between the plane and the ground was a hell of a lot closer.
It then rolled almost 90 right as it flew between the towers of the suspension bridge.
Bloody lovely bit of flying; made for a nice distraction on a Friday afternoon.
