Best oil for S50( 3.2 Z3M Coupe)

I often use Mobil1 or Motorsport for better engines. This is my first S50. Engine has covered 102k.
Opinions and advice much appreciated

I think you will get all sorts of replies as different engines and opinions will vary. I had a 330 with 189k and that liked Mobile one 0w40 till about 130k then it used to rattle a bit so I changed to 10w40 and all was well up to the point I sold it on. Any decent synthetic oil will be fine around the 5 to 10w40 range, nothing is going to damage your engine thats for sure. Im currently playing about with my M5 oil as the 10w60 oil seems to extreme for the uk weather so going to 10w50 or even 40 soon.

Silkolene/Fuchs fully synthetic 5w/40w. You can even get it out of GSF now.
