Help with song!

I remember a French (I think) song which had the line "Mr Dobellina, Mr Bob Dobellina" in it. Anyone know what this might be? I reckon it was in the 80's or maybe early 90's.

That's the one! Not sure where I got the French bit from! It's not even as good as I remembered. Bloody catchy though! Thanks a lot.
