GTR - can't install

I know its an old game but only just got a PC good enough to run it, in theory, but can't because I says I need to be a system administrator to install it, even though it looked to have installed, and my login is the system administrator. Anyone any ideas on this, and why PC gaming is so completely annoying as opposed to consoles...

Try right clicking on the icon and selecting "run as administrator".

This should work with the install exe as well as the game exe.

grrrr, yes, but now starforce protection not compatible with vista.

Think I'll uninstall and go back to the PS3.

Games and PCs just don't mix! Shame, its supposed to be a great game, but I'll never know thanks to the overly complex world of computers!
