Hae you tried pressure bleeding - you can get kits that use air pressure from a tyre to force fluid through. Its what I always use now - beats pumping the pedal.

After trying this, if you keep getting air in, could be your master cylinder, which will then nead new seals or replacing.

Assume you get brake fluid out of the bleed nipple(s) of the calipers.
Depends on the calipers you have, but they can trap air. If you filled them before installation I am with Adam: the master cylinder would be suspect if there are no leaks. This failing can be caused by pushing the piston in the master further (during bleeding for example) then it was in the past; and can cause seals/ bore of the master to leak afterwards.

If you haven't touched the master cylinder it would be strange, but the reservoir seals to the master cylinder can leak and cause also these type of issues....
Easy to replace, and I have a couple of tie-raps on it to make sure it stays put (especially on trackdays).

If you have replaced the calipers, are you sure their fitted on the correct sides, bleed nipples to the top. I've seen it before, it does happen.

Chris.
