Ive only had my Monaro for 6 months (6.0 Litre)and have been running P Zeros, but they have only lasted about 10m miles and I need to look at new. Any suggestions on what to try next?

Im at 24,000 on my Bridgestones.
However they are pretty much gone now.
IMO just do some price shopping on camskill or mytyres and get the best rated ones at your pricepoint.

Kumho KU31's have been ace for me, must have been on the car for six months or something so far. In that time I've done a fair bit of hooning around, including using them to hit 160MPH at VMAX.

They're a fair bit cheaper than the p-zeros and I find they grip better. People have complained of sidewall flex when not using Pirellis, but I've not noticed any handling issues thus far.

I've got a 6.0 VXR too.

Edit, just looked in my blog. I had 4x Kumho Ku31s on the 30th of October last year at a cost of £539 fitted. I've since done a smidge over 6000 miles in them and they look fine.

I think it was Evo magazine who rated these quite highly.

P-Zero Nero are an option if you want more rear grip, they are a little softer / wear faster but I have had them on for over 10k and they still have plenty of miles left in them.

So the Nero's have more grip than the Rosso's?

Getting a touch confused, on mytyres the nero's are £188, the Rosso's are £209 and then the P Zero without anything after that in the title are £214!
