Was browsing january's Evo magazine when I remembered this.

I was up in Orkney two weeks ago for a spot of fishing - standing on the bank of Loch Harray and I heard what I thought sounded like a tasty V8.

I stuck my head over the bank to discover a silver Panamera, with a german plate doing drive bys for a Film crew...

A couple of days later - on the drive back to Inverness, spotted the same car near Dornoch...

Anyone else see it?

Didn't look quite as hideous in the flesh as I had imagined....

No it wanst the top gear crew - I was in orkney that weekend and was told that top gear were on the island.....I was out at the Brogar standing stones and saw the panamerica.... i got all excited as i thought it was clarkson, but sadly it was a ginger german tourist! it had german plates... was silver and i managed 2 very poor pics on my phone as it drove away frown

We hunted the Top gear crew in kirkwall that night but were told that they had flown home in the evening frown

Did spot 2 x forus RSs at the ford dealer in kirkwall tho smile

I followed it from South of Wick to Broa where it accelerated off! Was on foreign plates and seemed to be driving with a cayenne. Likewise have some poor photo's on my phone of it. I thought it looked ok... Not as bad as the magazine pics make out!
