breakdown cover

Hi,

Has anyone had any experience of breakdown cover not using the top 3 (ie. not AA/RAC/Green flag)?

If you look on any comparison website there are plenty of other, what I assume are insurances for breakdown cover at half the cost of the big 3 for the same cover, do they work?

yes as the top 3 as you describe sub contract out to the likes of the firm i work for so wether your in gf or ipa etc u still get us in our area so worth thinking about just stay clear of pay on use if you do big miles as could have to shell out as much as £1000+ only to have to wait for upto 6weeks to be re-inbursed by the breakdown insurance co hope this helps
