BMW 5-Series GT

I saw two of these this morning in funny looking almost "BMW Art Car" type livery (black and white almost like a Paisley type patter all over them) in convey with each other early this morning on the A5 in Shropshire!!!

Anyone have any info on these cars and where they were heading? Photoshoot on Welsh roads perhaps?

BTW They look even more hideous in the fleash than even the photos suggested!!!
