Messing with a 24'' Black one

Can someone please confirm the application for the large 24'' PH Smileys. I have 2 to do tomorrow. I lost the instruction in a fit of euthusim. Am I right in thinking I should peel the decal and clear plastic cover off the cardboard then stick this to the car then peel the plastic cover off leaving the decal in place?
