Who is in Tertre Rouge? And tips on good spots?

As the title says, who is camping there? My camp will consist of a grey Lupo GTI, tesco value gazebo and a shoddy looking eurohike tent that I had when I was a teenager.
Second question, those who have been before, any recommendations on decent spots to camp in? Is it true you can see the track from the actual site? I gather its quiet small.

We're in Tetre Rouge, the track can be seen from the site but only a glimpse from most spots without a bit of elevation, a motorhome to sit on is ideal, we can't stretch to that so will be watching from the back of Toyota HiLux all being well. Wander by with a cold stubby and we may well let you have a gander from the pick-up grandstand!
As for best spots, most of it is pretty good, reasonable ground but a bit sandy at the Tetre Rouge corner end.
The campsite at Tetre Rouge corner with the pre-erected tents is not 'Tetre Rouge' campsite itself, you'll have no view of the track, but you'll only be a couple of mins from the Tetre Rouge corner banking which is a good spot to watch from. Wander towards the start line (keeping on the inside of the track) and there is a good spot to watch the cars coming under the Dunlop bridge and down the hill through the esses.

Wherever you end up on TR you're only a short walk away from some pretty good viewing spots and there's a big screen on the other side of the Esses.

, and if you need batteries charging just ask someone with a power hook-up, they can only say no.

Cheers chaps, I'll try and keep an eye out for any evidence of ph'ers. My Lupo has an EVO sticker in the back so if you spot us say hi.
I've got the coordinates of where the car park entrance is located so should be able to find it!
Can't wait, looked like a decent campsite. I just hope for my sake there is a halfway decent shower and toilet as I was instructed to make sure it had one by the other half!

Don't just stay at Tertre Rouge but when there try the cafe over the bridge, also the road under bridge leads to a back road runs behind Mulsanne Straight ( you can sneak up the side roads to the armco).then to Mulsanne corner and you then get to up to Arnage Indianapolis, good easy viewing free parking, and what a sight.I too woulkd like to know what its like, will there be access to an electic point, I will need to recharge my batteries somewhere
From a very "old hand", did 3 years signalling when it was done manually on inside banking at Mulsanne, that was in the days when they didn't have Mickey Mouse chicanes, if they couldn't stop at the corner, it was thru the "strawbales" yes they were, and into Mulsanne village. those were the days.
I have 2 of these. one for body and one for hands etc.
