I thought I would share my wonderful news. It seems I have finally been recognised as the outstanding individual that I clearly am. I quote from an e-mail received earlier this afternoon....

Dear Had Ham,

It is my pleasure to inform you that you are being considered for inclusion into the 2009/2010 Princeton Global Networks "Honors Edition" of the Registry.

The 2009/2010 edition of the Registry will include biographies of the world's most accomplished individuals. Recognition of this kind is an honor shared by thousands of executive and professional men & women throughout America and the World each year. Inclusion is considered by many as a very high mark of achievement.

Upon final confirmation, you will be listed among a select few of accomplished individuals in the Princeton Global Network Registry. There is NO cost to be included in the Registry as a basic listing.

For accuracy and publication deadlines, please complete your application by using the link provided below and submit your information to us at the earliest opportunity.

On behalf of the Managing Director, we wish you continued success.

Sincerely,

John Tyson
Editor in Chief

Now I'm no mug, so obviously I'm on top of the world - a prestigeous organisation like Princeton Premier recognising me as an accomplished individual - I thought all my hard work and effort these past years was in vain... However I don't think I'll be responding as I don't need to do any networking anymore as I'm about to retire. It seems I was in the right place at the right time as I'm just about to take a 35% slice of $65,000,000 that a good friend of mine is relocating out of Nigeria on behalf of the ex-Prime Minister.

I've just taken their virtual tour. One day I hope to be a member and wear this blazer badge with pride:

As a new member you'll get to network with industry leaders like Joe here:

Why, is 'Get In' not appropriate for one of the worlds most accomplished individuals?

Perhaps 'Topper' might have been more befitting?

I agree

"Back of the net" would be far more appropriate
Or 'Smell my cheese'

They're like a less sophisticated version of Mensa, pure ego massage.
