Can a clutch cable mask a faulty clutch?
Discussion
We took our car in to get the clutch cable replaced as it squeeked badly. The cable was replace but now 1st, 2nd and reverse are really hard to engage.
The dealership said that clutch therefore needs replacing and that a faulty cable can mask this.
Are they talking crap? I'll bow to your superior intellect on the matter.
