Right people, here's the deal...

Name one single thing that would make your job better.

There are loads of different occupations on here and it would be interesting to see if we all agree on certain things.

Mine is... more flexible hours.

I've never found a job I've enjoyed and dont really think im going to. I have windows in my office and a regular supply of coffee. Would maybe swap some of the cash for some more attractive women in the office.

Another one for windows here, everytime I go outside it takes five minutes to adjust to the light.

A much bigger monitor.

ETA: A company vehicle and proper remote email. Don't care if it's an iPhone, a Blackberry or a Nokia, or a Windows Thing. I just want an end to those phone calls that go "I just sent you a document, blah blah blah blah" and me having to reply "That's nice, but I can't get at my email right now [/pleb]".

After 15 years in the same industry I've realised it's not what I want to do anymore. I'm working on getting out though!

Less chav-scum customers with shovelled on make up and tan with their fat hanging over their tracksuit bottoms and out of their skimpy t-shirts, and their dodgy highlights and extensions gliniting painfully in the light, accompanied by their screaming idiotic brats that make you want to kill things with fire.

And of course, more money...
