Excellent restaurants along South Bank

Hi all

I have recently completed a large project and am taking my clients out for a celebratory lunch. I dine a lot in the City but would like to find a good restaurant on the south bank. Avoiding all references to 'take the girls up the OXO tower' (mild snigger!) and the obvious Pont de la Tour, does anyone have any suggestions?
