I have decided to fill in my NIP with both mine and my wifes details (couldn't remember who was driving at the time).

Can someone please advise if i fill in my details in the section "if you were the driver" etc and my wife's details in the section "if you were not the driver" etc.

The clever souls use boxes and do not leave enough space for 2 names in either section.

Thanks,

Suggest you dont fill in out but write an attached note giving both names.

Ditto, mark the NIP, 'see attached sheet' and send the attachment, recorded or proof of posting.

My solicitor advised me to bin the NIPs and just write an unsigned letter explaining it was either my wife or myself driving at the time and we couldn't remember who(which is true by the way). This has delayed proceedings for over three months and the partnership are still sending me new NIPs, bluster letters and threats about Section 172 blah de blah blah. The £60 is better in my bank account than theirs!!

Cheers
