Racing Green sell a spare key blank. This may be a stupid question but can I get this cut at any key cutting shop? I am off to see Carl to look at my alarm so can get him to programme it.

I'm sure Carl at http://www.tvruk.tv/index.cfm could apply the alarm setting for you. If you have the red plastic card he can do it without you needing to send the alarm with the key. I think it costs about £48 to have this done.

IIRC you cannot add a key to the system you need to get all the keys re-coded. Karl can do this but he needs the keys and the alarm control unit.
