Drivers in Tamworth.
Discussion
I don't go there very often, but I've noticed that too.
At the roundabout in Derby near the Audi dealer, coming from the Mercedes dealer, I would say that around 80% of drivers incorrectly turn right from L1. Just because the right turn is at 2pm rather than the usual 3pm. They tend to think that they are in the right too, over the 20% that actually are.

Because there's less traffic in that lane?
Don't the road markings/lanes round the roundabout imply you can as there's a dual carriageway exit momentarily? At least they used to (they may have worn out by now. For some reason the council do seem to like painting direction arrows just before busy roundabouts that no-one can see as there's always cars over them. I hate the little roundabout by KFC where peeps go straight on in the left hand only lane.
