PVS 2009 photos

These are some of my photos of PVS 2009. I had a good day along with my younger brother and his mate. I managed to meet Tiger_kpt, MYM8V8, and Bonnie and Clyde, which was all good, i can now put faces to some names. I had my car on Mark from RapidGB dyno. My car pulled 379fwhp and 399fw lb ft of torque, which was good. The torque was a bit higher than expected but as the car has a wortec sport pac the fwhp sounds about right. I only had 4 runs on the strip and my best was a 15.2, i was really nervous and didn't want to break the car, but i'm sure with some practice the car can do alot better. Oh yeah before i forgot there was someone else who said hello while i was waiting to go on the strip, and i forgot their name but i hope that they got their car out from the campsite as they said that they were stuck.

after checking all the videos it looks like i only have the video of your dyno run which last 6 minutes 45 seconds, unfortunately i don't have any video of your runs up the strip

Saw a couple of chaps yesterday but we made a hasty escape this morning as the Monaro was sinking in the mud (it was 'orrible). Kinda ruined the weekend!

Still, maybe next time.

Hi... I got a video of Red Victor One's run in the afternoon where the timing apparatus messed up due to a plastic bag being caught over the sensors at the finish line... not sure if you would want a copy of that?

Sorry to hear that Andy. BTW thanks for the help on Saturday. Still not good on Sunday, dif crapped out on the line in the final of the shootout, and then the box started throwing codes, so it might be up at your in a few days.

I ended up winning Class D and runner up in the shootout. I got beat by that little mini with two engines and a bottle after my troubles carried through from Saturday. Still never mind, it was a great experience over the weekend, I thoroughly enjoyed it and met some new friends as well.

Just got back and want to dry my wet feet.
