There seem to be 3 or 4 nice looking Griffith 500s well under 10k in classifieds at the moment

And the cheaper Chimaera's seem to have vanished! What is going on with the world? Tempting is all I can say, very very tempting.

i cant see griffs getting much cheaper not the good ones any way when you compare them to the price of mgbs/stags etc i know what will be in my garage going up in value ,as for its ugly sister theres never been a cheaper way to get to the golf club

If I were you lot, I'd take advantage of the scrappage scheme while you still can & get yourselves something better looking like a Fiat panda or a Suzuki Alto.
