Braze on adapter

I've just bought a new frame as my old one is too small, and thus never get's used. The plan is to recycle all the bit's I can. However, the new frame doesn't have the bosses on for down-tube shifters.

Does anyone know of an adapter you can buy - google only brought up front mech adapters.

Try googling for something old enough to have used one - Shimano 600?
