no kick down on my 2000 year xkr.... help please?

i have a 2000 year jaguar xkr... but there is no kick down.. also the sport button does not light up when pushed?? can any 1 help? many thanks

IS it getting full throttle??

Could be two separate issues if no error on display, badly adjusted throttle stop/kick down switch is common.

hi guys, thanks !!!! it was the kick down switch !!!! just adjusted wrong.. once again thanks
