Looking to get a new one, and had been told that Britannia are the way to go by a few different people.

SWMBO just looked on the Which? website at a group test, and Rangemaster came out on top, with Britannia quite low down (poor grill, oven temp varies from that set).

So, now I'm confused. I don't want a crap one, and don't mind paying up to £3k for a decent one.

Advice?

I've had a 110 Rangemaster for around 5 years. It's Brilliant and just the thing needed at christmas with two full sized ovens. A friend has a Rangemaster too and she adores hers.

my advice is to get a split one as ours, whilst good, is only the one oven and takes fookin ages to warm up. Really need to be sure you want those 2 croissant's in the morning before you do the 20 minutes warm up for 2 minutes cooking!!!

I'm fussy, I like to start and finish cooking meals in the same day wink

Think I'm just gonna stick with the Britannia I was originally going to go for. Twin oven model, lots of burners, how bad can it be?

Got a Rangemaster 110 Exel. 2 full ovens (one with full auto function and rapid heat), slow cooker, griddle plate, wok burner and converted to lpg. It's great, and ~£2k from John Lewis.
