Day / night of car related DVDs, BBQ, beer!
Discussion
I mooted the idea today of the usual midlands lot having a day/evening/night devoted to watching assorted car related DVDs, videos with a BBQ on the go and plenty of beer.
I'll volunteer my place cos I still have loads of booze left from the party and have the space, and a number of the requisite films.
Saturday 25th July.
The farm shop near me does excellent meat etc., but someone would need to bring an actual barbecue cos I don't have one.
I also have..
Gone in 60 seconds (both versions)
Italian job (both versions)
Taxi (both versions)
Ronin,
Convoy,
Duel
Fast and the Furious..
XXX
Death Race (both versions)
French Connection
The Driver
Vanishing Point
Dukes of Hazzard (re-make)
Mad Max (box set)
Anyone else up for it?

No idea,
but with perfect ironic timing, my TV has just packed in....
It won't switch on properly, just switches itself back to standby mode. a brief fiddle with the mains cable produced a poor picture for a couple seconds, so i think a loose connection or quick-fried insect somewhere.
Does anyone know a proper TV engineer??

Probably cheaper to pick another one up off Fleabay. When mine went kaput last year it was £120 to get it fixed so picked another one up off the Bay for fifty quid.but with perfect ironic timing, my TV has just packed in....
