Help weres my horn? S1

I,ve looked at the build manual and it says its on the drivers side by the rad but I cant find it its a 99 car, any ideas?

Iirc you can only get to it by removing the drivers side wheel arch liner.(I presume S1 is the same)

yup remove o/s/f wheel unclip front of arch liner, horn bolts to the crash structure

damn mines stopped working now and i cant wind the window down either to shout instead oh well add it to the list of jobs
