Windscreen wipers

Before heading offshore i noticed my wipers were only working in the fastest speed, on a previous separate occasion, the intermittent stopped working before a service so never asked how they fixed it, as my car is getting an MOT the day after i return from offshore (tomorrow) I won't have much time to figure it out.

Hope its just a fuse or relay of some sort, anyone else had this?
