Cosworth fuel pressure??

Have been doing some work on a 89 sapphire cosworth trying to get it to run properly, one of the parts we are changing is the fuel pressure regulator but im not sure what the ideal fuel pressure is???

The car has a stage 3 ahmed bayjoo chip and is on greens with a 3 bar map sensor so aiming for 300bhp ish.
