In need of a low mileage ABK engine

Hi all,
Apologies for my first ever post being me wanting something but hopefully there will be someone on here who may be able to help.
I own two early 1990s Audi Coupes [a 2.0l 8V and a 2.2l 5pot] and love them to death. However my 2.0lE has been getting stuck into the black stuff like George Best. I've gone through 2 litres in two months. I've had the head off and a damn good look elsewhere and it's not leaking, it's burning.
I don't really want to recon the block I have [156,000] due to the costs being of an equivalence to fitting a new engine altogher. So what I'm after is a low mileage [60-80l ideally] ABK engine with history and ideally the opportunity to hear it running in a car. I can travel to collect, but any advice on either where I can find one [good contacts for breakers and Audi salvage always gratefully received] or a pointer to someone who may have one would be excellent.
