Mrs goodlife popped back to the UK today to collect goodlife junior and bring him over on Thursday for the 24H. As she was going North, against the main 24H traffic, she got to see where all the Gendarmes/Police wre lying in wait behind bridges, etc.

Heading south from UK to Le Mans, her report was:
- "Loads" of UK patrol cars on M20, plus "several" speed guns on M20 aimed at people heading to the ports.
- Nothing on A16 Calais to Abbeville.
- Nothing on A28 Abbeville to Rouen.
- Nothing in Rouen
- One radar trap on A28 Rouen to Le Mans at first viaduct (heading South)

So, as of Tuesday it seems the UK police are gearing up faster than Les Flick.

Still early though, the Gendarmes will no doubt be out in more numbers Wednesday through Friday.

There weren't any traps on the m20 at all.

Only cars were in relation to a problem at Dover.

Sorry to the green jag that got held up with the ph stickers on the side.

There has been so far no mention of Le Mans and extra speed enforcement.

Only just read this... sorry!!

Some very nice exotica 'flying' down the 20 this morning. We were busy elsewhere though trying to find a stolen Q7.
