Metal Credit Card Holders

Anyone know where I can get one of these from? The card-sized ones that just hold cash and cards?

I've looked on eBay but the only seller doing them was shipping them from Hong Kong and has received 72 negative feedbacks in 12 months I don't really want to wait 2 weeks for it to arrive, either...

Everyone uses them here in Scandoland, business give them away as freebies. I refuse them when they are free.
