Hi and welcome to this bit of PH
I work in Farnborough quite a bit and have lived in the area for about 11 years, even had a 205 gti 1.9 a few years back and so regret selling it, non sunroof version, black, 33k miles and 1 owner, went to a collector in Ireland for reasonable money but silly me, I loved it! Great cars my fantasy garage includes one with the 16v conversion.

My littel pug is my fantasy, always wanted one since they were popular when i was growing up!!, mine has got the 16v conversion, engine out of a 405 Mi16, rebuild by xsport racing a few years ago and is in nearly mint condition body work wise, pushing out around 180bhp in somethign htat way less than a tonne = more smiles per mile!!
Anyone know when the nest meet, early morning blat around will be???

Welcome from another mi16 owner here! Would be great to see the car at one of the many meets that happen around the area. Mine unfortunately is still being un-chavved so I keep it hidden in the garage and only let it out for a few trackdays.
As you've quickly realised, the area has lots of people and regular meetings and although i'm also fairly new, everyone's made me more than welcome each time I turn up!

thanks for the warm welcome and hope to see you all soon,
and yes peugeot missed a HUGE trick by not putting the 405 mi16 lump in the 205 as it pisses all over the boxster i used to have, was a fraction of the price, and is better made as it doesnt fall apart at the first sign of having a heavy right foot!!!!!!! (crosses finger and prays nothing happen to my pug now)
