uploading photos to classifieds

hi, cant seem to upload any photos to my ad, have tried 3 times is there a problem at the moment?

Hi Bobby

This is a reasonably common error that comes up when people submit large photos. Remember our recommended size limit is 500kb. You can submit larger ones, but you may need to upload them one-at-a-time to avoid your internet browser timing out resulting in an error.

Uploading one-at-a-time fixes this 99% of the time, but if you're really stuck try taking new photos with your digital camera's resolution/size setting turned down to a low setting (usually the lowest is still perfectly good enough for the size your photo will be in the classifieds).

Finally, if that still doesnt work, send the photos to [e-mail] and I'll have a tinker with them and see what's what.
