Noble Niggles, help required....
Discussion
Hi again all,
Well, my newly aquired Noble passed it's MoT, hurrah!
But... need to sort some niggles and I'm hoping you knowledgeable lot can help!
1. Speedo does now not work, was working fine when I picked it up!
Loose connection or speed sensor faulty?
2. Internal fan only works of speed 3.
I'm guessing it's probably the heater resistor pack??
Any pointers/advice etc greatfully received.
After years of owning Lotus cars a few minor niggles are not a problem!

Speed sensor...... find sensor on front hub assy,Ignition on, turn hub and look at the back of the sensor assy where the wires exit, you should see a flashing reddish light.
Almost definately the resistor packs packed up !
Thanks
Heard from another Noble owner that the speed sensor can stop working when they get waterlogged.
Well, it's always been raining when it's been driven, so hopefully that's it.
Is the resistor pack easy to change and where's best to get one from?

Yup sensor in front wheel. Hairdryer - 10 mins should sort it.
Mine went at the weekend at Goodwood as I'd left it out in the rain all night - came back when the sun came out for a while. Those that know me will note that this is the only practical use I'd have for a hairdryer
