e60 Conditional Oil Servicing Question.

My e60 530d was last serviced by a main dealer in December. So when I picked up the car, it was showing as 17k miles to the next oil service.

Since then, I've done around 2k miles. We're in London, so just use the car at weekends to do 20-50 mile journeys out of London. It never does short trips to the shops. I always keep the revs below 2k when the car is cold. It's rarely driven hard apart from the odd squirt coming on to a motorway.

The car now says it wants an oil service in 1.5k. What the? Eh? No I didn't misread and leave out a 0. Can this be right?
