i got my self a eirly nite as im on the 6:10 ferry, so leaving home about 4am, but find my self not sleeping, are you with me?

just about to dive through the bath, being picked up by my "driver" at 04.15, then off to lost my Le Mans "cherry".... wanted to go since the ago of about 18 (24 years ago) ever since a customer of mine told me about his trips down in his GT40 (no idea to this day if it BS or not!)

What am I looking forward to the most? Not really sure, was going to be the race itself, but having been on this site over the last month or so reading the buildup, I think it's gonna be the sheer "Britishness" of it all, the disembarkation music, the party atmosphere... will have to wait and see I guess....
