sorry for the dumb question, but has anybody got there cv8 owners book to hand, left mine up in scotland.....just need to know the oil requirments for the ls1, previously used fuchs sypersyn 5/30, but they didnt have any so bought some titan xtr 5/30w. just need to know if it meets gm's requirments.

also is there any use in using 'iridium' spark plugs if all running is otr exhaust and map. or will the good old copper ones do if i change them more often?
