Brands scrutineering

Still working on the T350 trying to get it ready for Brands. Discovered my fire extinguisher needed a service lunchtime today!!!! Checked harness mountings and have seperate eyes for straps. Is there anything else the scrutineers are hot on this season? Be a shame to get the car all the way down to Brands and have a problem.

Towing eye has to be 60mm i/d Cliff.

Thats new this year and a favourite.

Is that a minimum Andy? We use tow straps with a big loop.

Just hoping it's ready in time. Joo still has stuff to do on it when we arrive at Brands, hope the garages are free by 6pm.

Straps with a big loop are fine.. so if your tow eye is too small just loop a strap through it..

Thanks guys. Got a couple of parts hopefully arriving tomorrow, a few hours to fit then pack for Brands. Fingers crossed.

If i can find it i have a spare 2.25 ltr extinguisher from the old fun cup car. Its up to date as we did it with the one in the tuscan. If its at seebring i will bring it with me when i pick the tuscan up in the morning

Thanks Kev. I managed to get mine serviced at Silverstone today, just lost another couple of hours in the day though!!!!
