I sent my recently purchased Omega to be serviced and checked over. Got it back polished and repaired for the crown only seting the date. Watch arrives home, crown sets date but not time. So did they just not do the servive at all? Did the problem re occur in transport suggestiong shoddy repair work too?

Company is Watch Doctors in Kent, anyone know or has used them?

Send it back, get then to correct it. If a watch is serviced it should be time tested before being returned to ensure it is running/functioning correctly. It's unlikey if correctly packaged to have damaged in transit.

That happened to me once. I took it back to the shop and they were happy to make the adjustments and get the timing correct for no additional charge.
