Long shot - parts in Spain

Hello all. Hope someone can help. Currently in Spain in the rush
and on iPhone and I've lost a rear tail light lens. It's got those old Mini / Land Rover lights that are dome shaped with a stainless ring around the outside that sits in a rubber mount. They take festoon bulbs. I was just wondering if anyone knew how likely I am to find a replacement over here or in southern France. Bit of a long shot but I thought if anyone would know it'd be ph!
