Yep, just back after a fantastic weekend. Sweaty, grubby, exhausted and looking forward to my own bed and a hot bath. Post Le-Mans blues in the morning I expect...

Just got back myself, hectic week, what with breaking down in france, and returning home for a replacement car, and coming all the way back out again, but god it was worth it biggrin 2010 plans already well under way!

Had a great time, went to both the Great British Welcome and Mulsanne on Friday, both very good. Race very good to, more action in first two hours than in some whole previous 24 hour races!

Only downer is HOW expensive france is now!!! 5 euros for a pint of larger!!!

Got back home at about 2am! Price of beer was shocking, apart from the kind lady in Super U who gave us some discount thing on our crates of stubbys! smile

Just on the M25 now. Great race, and qualifying also worked really well. A bit of a shame that Audi stuttered a little bit. Astons/Lolas did really well in 4th. 1 Ginetta making it to the end was good to see, I'm sure they'll be back stronger next year. The LNT car looked good in all Orange.

We did see a bmw being 'escorted' by the French BiB this morning.. Hope it wasn't too expensive.

National anthem was well sung as well.

Definitely less people this year... but it made the bar and food queues that little bit more bearable!

Yeah - if you were getting away with 5 Euros you did well, it was 6 everywhere we went.

Yep, just back, we were in Houx, very civilised with some great randoms as neighbours, usual drunken shenanigans and a real laugh, Friday night in Le Mans town centre was fun, all in all another great weekend, but yes, the beer was pricey, but in the greater scheme of things, its not a massive issue ...

Pictures being ripped from my camera as I type smile
