Dropped a bloody screwdriver bit!!
Discussion
There I was putting the air box back together (after a failed attempt to get it off) all going well when I got distracted and dropped a sodding screwdriver bit down between the engine block and the throttal bodies! God knows where its gone. Spent ages with a tourch and cant see it anywhere. Isnt on my drive either so I am guessing its sat on the undertray or pinned against something.
It's all ways those little mistakes that take ages sorting out!
Please tell me I am not the only one who has done this??

Do I have to undo the one underneath to remove the top part of the air box?
I fear I may have to remove the whole thing now in order to find this screw driver bit.
The one underneath does have to be un-clipped to remove the top half of the airbox, you are not the only one to drop things, I did the same when fitting my carbon fibre airbox, my Allen key bit was caught by the undertray! I fear I may have to remove the whole thing now in order to find this screw driver bit.
It would be interesting to know how many "plastic" airboxes (tops) have the throttle body tubes broken...virtually everyone I've seen has at least the rear one is broken where someone has struggled fitting it. Just hope the broken plastic bits haven't gone anywhere I wouldn't want them.
