I think I'd have put the island part on two stout chrome legs for the 'floating' look.

Fair comment.....I'm not sure you would still want to do that if you saw the whole layout, but all entitled to an opinion!!

Thanks thumbup

The units are SNC design - curved ones are certainly more expensive than traditional square ones, but we felt were a definite as they suited our area perfectly.

We used a local supplier/fitter - seem to be used by many of the smaller outfits around the country. Alternatively you can buy off t'internet if you prefer/prepared for the hassle!

I used polished stainless steel for the skirting and that really has the floating effect

Looks stunning. Nicely designed and laid out.
Just perused their website and they have THE kitchen the management wants.
Hope they're still selling it when we're (I'm) ready for it banghead
