Anyone go hams hall any more ?
Discussion
he he he hams hall!!!!!
try about 12 midnight on the weekend, im not in the scene anymore but used to be heavily involved years ago with cruises/racing. i believe its still the same setup, into brum from 9pm then over to hams at 11.30pm ish. or m6 toll for high speed on the slip roads, not actually on the toll.
doesnt matter about saying it openly really as the police know anyway, but the whole scene has took a massive dive over the last 3 years, shows are smaller, meets are tiny. i went to donny this year with the gumball 3000 guys and i remember it being the whole place rammed and all it was, was the paddock, its a real shame.
the days i remember 200-300 cars at hams and not 1 accident to be scene as it was organised (unoffically), now its not the same

I went this evening 8 O'clockish and met up with my cousin, there was about 30 cars either parked or cruising around, drove up and down a couple of times then plod turned up again, so most started to scatter again, on driving home there seemed to be loads about and was told last week it was packed the whole length of the road again until the law spoiled the party!
i used to go that place in small heath, but i seen its got speed cameras and bumps there.
it was fun turning up in a black volvo s60 when i used to go, not so much fun when someone shunted me, and definitely not much fun when i got car hijacked there, but managed to keep my car . also saw about 10 car crashes there, bodies strewn across the road, glad the police put a stop to it, i also grew up and stopped going about 3 years back

Hams Hall was THAT packed there was tailbacks getting into the place, nowhere to park, queues to get out and an immense atmosphere. literally there must have been at lease 900 cars there and that is no exaggeration!

but you stand on an island a watch traffic...
Whats the fun in that ?
I've heard that warwickshire police have go a court order banning car meets in the north warwickshire area, as a result if you get caught gathering you will be issued with a warning and your details taken. If your then caught a second time, they have the power to seize your car and you get arrested for contempt of the court order. Be warned if your thinking of going up there.

I've trucked in and out if HH while all that's been going on, normally in an Eddie
. It's a bit er, amazing. Was chatting to my pals about it and we were musing that when we were young we used to taz to Wales and watch a rally and then tear back pretending to be rally drivers, and that just going to the local industrial estate seemed a bit limited on the imagination front.
Having said that though, no girls would come with us, but there seems to be plenty up Hams Hall.

Hadn't been for a long time popped in 2 weeks ago as was passing and hundreds possibly thousands were there. same last week. but all the companies on the estate have raised £400k (according to local rag)to put a stop to it. so maybe in getting busy due to the fact they wont be able to go there soon.

Well i hope they don't put bloody speed ramps in. The cruisers leave, and all those who work there have tp put up with those bloody ramps for ever more. Still, cheaper than policing though, eh? I mean, from what i've seen all it takes is a police car to turn up and they all bugger off elsewhere, what's so hard about that? The cruisers don't do any harm, though i guess the numbers can be intimidating at times. Can be hard for the numpties to drive in and out while the 'races' are going on too, i guess.

What a great video.
Let's watch a bunch of chavs understeering round a roundabout. And who in their right mind parks a car, or spectates, on the outside of the roundabout? With the "talent" on show, it won't be long before there's a fatality. Still, that's Darwinism for you.

not in any danger of being hit whatsoever, the drift action is the best and so that is my preferred place to record.
Good luck. I used to work with a lad who had his leg crushed between a BMW and a lamp post when everyone used to race around digbeth/Birmingham market.I'll continue to use the word "chav", as it's certainly appropriate to those who attend the Hams Hall event. What car they drive and how much money they have lavished/squandered on it has nothing to do with their right to be considered or not considered a "chav." The very fact that they are present and willing to drive their cars in the manner shown in the video launches them into chavdom. Unlucky
