I need a Nikon D70 body. Anyone want to sell me one?

I've just sent my D70 body in to be mended as it was not working properly, and I've been quoted £305 + VAT to get it done (needs new motherboard amongst other things. I can buy a second hand one for a lot less than that.

So, anyone got one they don't want and would be willing to sell to me (at a reasonable price of course!)

I don't need the lenses or any other gubbins, just the body.

Over to you chaps and chapesses.

I have three DSLRs of which one is a D70 not doing much - I may be interested. Or have you got anything I want and we can swap?!

NB There's also a spare Nikkor 24-85mm if you're interested; a bit more reach than the usual 18-70mm and it's not DX so you'll be free from edge and corner stuff.

ETA I've got an old F801s body you can buy off me if you want? It's nearly an antique! And highly collectable!

Then knock a bit off because Simpo-Bloke isn't so famous...
