Could be one of a few things. Mine turned out to be just a loose fitting HT lead

Does the hesitancy stop when revs reach a certain point, or continue right through the rev range?

Regards

I've got a similar problem and having finally bothered to connect a PC it looks to be a dodgy throttle pot on one bank. However HT faults also give a similar effect with insulation breaking down under high cylinder pressures (low revs & wide open throttle) as you need a higher voltage for the spark to jump the plug gap under these conditions.

If this isnt fixed still, I changed my coolant temp switch as the fan wasnt cutting in and she was getting a little hot (but not noticably). After that was done and the temp was more steady she didnt hesitate any more! Could be relevant or not smile

Throttle pot at a guess. If it is, you can disconnect one side and the ECU takes readings from the other and applies to both sides of the engine.

Worn throttle linkage is a possibility.

Check for play on the joints.
