Newbie Question: E55 Estate

Would appreciate some advice - am looking at an E55K estate? 54 Reg 50K miles. I've noticed one case where prices on E55's have risen (saw one at £18K which is now £20K) - is this a sign that the market is picking up? What should I expect to pay from an indie? Would also appreciate any comments on running costs?

The supercharged 55 engine has 1 major problem, the intercooler pump fails forcing the ECU to back the power off, try to see if it was changed ...expect £350 otherwise

There are plenty of independent services garages which will keep the costs down, most listed on the sticky above.
