Hi,
99 slk 230,there is a high pitch whining noise inside the car,had it checked by the dealer and confirmed it is either a vacuum pipe or a electronic component inside the heater control.
A easy fix is to run the heater on low all the time,that did the trick for a while now the sound is getting worse,i now need to take the heater control system out to remedy the problem.
The problem is,how do i take the heater and dash assembly to bits.
Any advice.
