Best oil spark plugs for VAG 1.8T

Any recomendations on best oil and spark plugs to use on the VAG 1.8T 20V engine? And any parts I should look at when doing a service (cam belt has been changed). Thanks

When i had my old MK3 Cupra 1.8T tried a few different plugs and the standard VW ones worked the best and lasted better than more expensive ones, as for oil used to use the standard Quantum stuff from the Trade Parts 4.5l is about £10-15 and same as the dealers use. Oil and filter change used to cost about £20 all in.

Im using Denso IK21's been really good, found the vag ones tips melted

I used them and they where fine for the first set i had but the second set last about a month!
