Leak in cooling system - Griff 500

New rad is fitted, plumbed, bled etc. Radtec rad keeps car at 70-75 degrees.
Now need trace leak from back of cooling system.
How do I get access to heater matrix and associated unions - through dash or other way?
Suspect it is the matrix bypass pipe as the drip gets more frequent with the heater set to cold (15 seconds between drips when blowing hot, more frequent when blowing cold). Any thoughts on diagnosis welcome.
Once this is sorted it's MO T time.
Need to get myself a bible!
