Superflare trumpets - anyone got them? (or similar?)

The search is down - so apols in advance in asking a question thats probably been asked many times..... I am considering the ACT Superflare trumpet kit for my 4.3 pre-cat. Other mods on the car to date are Big Valve mod, smooth bore elbow, heat wrap, trumpet base thermal gasket. Am I on the right lines here or are there other views? Thanks

I would also speak to Tim at ACT about a ported inlet manifold. This would go nicely with your heads and proposed trumpets.

I have this set up om my 450 big valve. Works well and certainly shows good power that is delivered in a smooth and progressive manner.

I have ACT trumpets in my car along with the tripple throttle bodies pictured above, smooth bore induction kit and V8 development heads, ACT manifolds, Y-Piece and ACT cherry bomb system on my 400. Car runs very nicely, just need a new cam now.
